Equipment not configured, dead batteries, no manual for now, customer service proves ineffective, we are at the point where if the equipment doesn't work, it's the customer's fault. It's really grandiose!!! I am at the point of returning the system and requesting my refund. That shows my great disappointment.

I bought a battery-operated security system and it's really not good, it says 130 decibels and frankly it's very far off. It was a purchase for a test before buying something more efficient. Result, you stole 150 euros from me. I will look elsewhere for the future. It's crap to be polite. I will tell my friends to avoid you.

The package did not match the description. The purchased product did not work and the contacted technician was unable to clearly address the problem. He only suggested exchanging it for a much more expensive product and assured me that it would work. In short, I dealt with an incompetent. And when returning the product, you have to pay for shipping, without the certainty of being refunded because they require the original packaging... In short, avoid!!

The solar motion detector models and owl chime receivers have changed since 2023. No information on this subject on the site. A small compatibility table with the old models would be welcome for those who are upgrading their installation or who want to replace one of the elements.

Nothing works, I called the indicated number, >>> nothing, no one to talk to. The doorbell button does not connect to the receiver. I disassembled the doorbell and put the battery in the other way > nothing. No polarity indication on the battery either.

Fast shipping, however the remote controls do not work very well and the detectors do not always communicate properly with each other, especially if several walls separate them (regardless of the distance which is a maximum of 20 m. However, the detectors taken individually work well.

Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

I appreciate that it isn't directly Ultra Secure's fault but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. It took DPD 3 attempts to deliver my order. Ultra Secure promised to phone me with an update on 2 occasions but they didn't. I can't recommend buying products from this Company.

Dear Sirs We are sorry for the delivery problems, however the UK had just experienced the first big winter storm of 2024 which created havoc on the roads due to many Floods & Snow cover. The Couriers were for a couple of days battling hard to get back in control, and their communication was also suffering as they tried their best in the challenging conditions. We all try our best all year, but sometimes extreme conditions do challenge all of society. We would ask you reconsider the review for these reasons Regards Mark

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

It doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.

I have a problem with the intercom from day one I have had lots of emails with the technical department and they can't resolve it and want me to return and pay for the return postage for test and possibly repaired the company will not supply a replacement

We are sorry that you have experienced some difficulties with the system and our technical department have been working hard to resolve the issue, unfortunately they haven't been able to ascertain the required information with regards to the fault and would need the units returned to us so that we can investigate the reported issue. In this instance, we would require the units to be returned to us, if you could arrange the return at your convenience, once we have the units back, we would be in a better position to advise whether there is a fault, or whether a repair or replacement was needed. We would cover return costs if the unit was indeed found to be faulty as reported and not damaged/ misused during installation. Unfortunately, we would be unable to send a replacement unit, especially without knowing fully the reason for the reported fault or refund the units without first having the units back.
