I've read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I've received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.

We have sold many of these posts with this locking mechanism and we normally receive comments with how simple and easy to use the post and lock are as opposed to unworkable. Once you lift the post upwards, the handle should be push back to engage a securing pin to ensure the post stays in the upright position. The lock is then simply pressed down to secure the post into place. The keys are not needed to lock the post in position, the keys are only used to unlock and subsequently lower the post. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Hello, I still haven't been able to operate the devices (alarm with telephone alert call) because the pin code of the sim card needs to be deactivated. However, since this sim card is a mini sim, it's impossible to find a smartphone that accepts it to carry out the procedure, it's outdated. I am with Free and there is no way to deactivate it with them, nor in store. No pre-cut cards with them... in short, it's a hassle.

In terms of the order and delivery, it's very good, but the wireless doorbell system turned out to be defective and its operation intermittent. On my side, I had diagnosed that the magnetic contact was the cause but the technician from Ultra Secure requested the complete return of the system for testing and after a few days sent me back the whole thing claiming that he had not noticed anything abnormal.
Of course, I reassembled the whole thing and after only 1 day the failure reappeared. The technician again asked me to return the contact alone and sent me a new one, since then the doorbell works without any problems.
The complete kit cost about 100 €, I find that from my first request ULTRA SECURE should have sent me a new kit which would have saved me several disassemblies and numerous steps.
