Unfortunately there is a lot of parcels going through the network at the moment, with postal strikes and Black Friday adding to the pressure and now delays caused due to inclement weather this has put some already struggling depots further behind. The latest information on your parcel does suggest that it is expected to go out for delivery today, but weather conditions may be a factor. I have added this to my 'watchlist' and should hopefully receive updates for your parcel. Hopefully we can get it to you soon. DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 !

Poor design and very dangerous. (Two cycle storage rack). As you take one bike out it just tips over. Box shows wall mounting this would be ok but it also shows loose floor application. IT MUST BE BOLTED DOWN FOR SAFETY this is not warned about.

The indoor and outdoor sirens trigger for no reason, the remote control does not stop the sirens (this happens in the middle of the night too). The cherry on the cake, after deactivating the alarm, the sirens went off again... In short, unusable alarm.

Your report concluded that the unit is not at fault, that it is the batteries, but the first and last set comes from you. You were also supposed to cover the four sets that I changed. Dear Customer I am sorry you have had issues with this 4G Battery Camera, I believe you have now spoken to our technical team and it appears the issue is with the 4G signal in the location where you were trying to use the Camera. If you need to talk to them again please contact us. Unfortunately 4G Cameras rely on a 4G Phone signal for correct operation, just as all of our mobile phones need a network signal to work, in some cases using a SIM Card from a different supplier can give you a better phone (network) signal (for example trying EE if O2 is struggling, or O2 if Vodaphone is struggling), obviously you know the location better than we do. Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.

The operation is very random!! Very often, I do not see any external camera, sometimes only 1 (out of 2), rarely both at the same time. However, the Ultracam control box (visible from the cameras and 15m away from them, without obstacles) is located on the roof for better reception of the 4G antenna (located 1000m away). I had a problem mounting the PRI in that with the rubber cover in place the adjustable ball joint could not be tightened sufficiently to lock the mounting. The PRI would always tilt to its lowest position. I telephoned your technical dept seeking advice and was informed that I needed to get a thicker piece of rubber to replace the friction rubber washer supplied and that this problem had not come to light before. I was quite aghast at this being expected to modify a new piece of equipment! I said that if the parts supplied were indeed defective then these should be replaced by correctly operating parts. The operative then agreed to supply new parts, however to date these have not been received meaning that it is impossible for the equipment to be properly installed. AN URGENT REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS
