This company are very good to deal with. their product was ideal for us and good value. They were extremely helpful and even pre-programmed the alarm buttons to correspond with room names before dispatching the product (for no extra charge). We will definitely use this supplier again.

The sensors inside and out were incapable of communicating with the siren box on front of the building. I found that only when the sensors were able to "see" the siren were they able to communicate. Otherwise the team were helpful but system a waste of money.

Dear Sirs,
I am sorry you couldn't get the Wireless range between the Sensors and your desired location for the Siren Controller Box, unfortunately one can never be 100% sure with regards to Wireless Signals, we advertise actual distances (line of sight) which have all been tested and confirmed by us before adding them to our range of products. But it is impossible to know what may hinder this, it can be the nature of the construction, hidden cables or steel in walls, wi-fi and consumer box locations, even external influences. It would probably be possible for you to add a secondary Siren to this Alarm Kit, the first Siren could then bounce a signal to a second Siren at the front of the house.
