I appreciated the welcome and professionalism of the person who responded. However, the equipment I purchased has problems with assembly regarding the size of the screws and the diameter of the holes that accommodate the screws.

Excellent DVR and easy to set up although would have been appreciated if the listing explained the hard drive needed fitting. but not a problem. instructions needed to be in bigger print as found it difficult to read. but overall a good product and value for money.

very pleased indeed! what a nice piece of security equipment this is & very neat I set it up in an hour and that includes the positioning of the PIR unit and door sensor and the keyfobs.. logging them was a breeze with the main computer host. and the set up with the phone alarm was brilliant! I can see if the alarm has went off from my mobile phone RECOMMENDED!!
