Sorry to use the old saying but you really do get what you pay for. Can't rate Ultra Secure Dierect and the product enough. Alarm came all set up and programmed which national companies do not do. Would like to thank them also for advising me on the right product for the job as l could have wasted good money on another. Would highly recommend without question.

Quick efficient service. The key fob for the GSM PIR let's the product down. Buttons tend to stick and feels flimsy

Good advice given. Despatch and receipt o.k. NO TRACKING available at time of order. One item 'rattled' on receipt - Quality Control?

The product was good quality and works very well - my only complaint is the fitting of the sensor to its mounting - was very poor

Low-cost alarm but incredibly reliable. Over time, the remote controls (quite fragile) have given up the ghost one after the other. This new purchase was related to their replacement after a year of use. Given the price of the equipment, it's acceptable. Delivery on time. I would not hesitate to do it again if I had to redo it!
