Just what I ordered. Increased security at a reasonable cost. What's not to like.

Just call the company to get all the precise information. Technicians and salespeople are top-notch. Every call, always a quick and precise response. Philippe, with whom I had the most contact, is a competent, warm, and extremely patient salesperson to explain everything to you.
The technicians are just as competent and also take the time to explain everything to you.

Initially the items I wished to order were out of stock and I asked for advice about alternatives. The response was immediate and very helpful.
In the end I waited for the item I had wanted to order to come back in stock. It was delivered to Aberdeenshire in less than 48 hours and everything worked perfectly upon installation and set up.
First purchased from Ultra Secure Direct around 10-12 years ago and have been a repeat customer since then.

The company appears to be good, their website is informative and the item was received extremely quickly and was well packaged.
The item I bought was a shed /garage alarm and it appears to work really well , yet I've only had it about a week.
Slightly disappointed that it wasn't made by UltraSecure, but in China (as is the norm these days)
The screw fittings supplied were not adequate for masonry mounting (probably ok for wood) and the small screw for the back plate, too long /tight for the job and I ended up stripping the head on it - Had to find another to resolve matters. Minor gripes though.
On the current basis, I'd use UltaSecure again and/or recommend them.

First positive point, the phone contact I had for information before purchase. I spoke with someone who took the time to give me clear and precise explanations. Fast shipping and the DA600+ system does its job perfectly as described. The chime is detected through stone walls, even in the basement in a cellar, which are extreme conditions, the sound is powerful enough and remains adjustable!

I ordered my Motorhome security post online it was free delivery and it was shipped and delivered very quickly, I have unpacked it and it looks very well made and the padlock supplied with it was also really chunky I feel my Motorhome will be safe at home. The builder should be installing it this week.

I bought the Wireless Driveway Beam Alert with Pager Delivered quick. It is installed and work great. Instructions took a bit of rereading follow one step at a time and no problem.
Setup using a piece of string between the beams worked great.
