Website/ordering process very simple. Order arrived promptly and intact. I purchased the unit with large red/green lights on front and back. When it arrived the red/green lights on the back were wiring the wrong way round (red light on rear when green light on front). Not a big issue, took 20 mins to dismantle and switch the colour lenses over. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Buying my SIM card was a breeze I received it very quickly, some of the activation was somewhat difficult.
