Sorry for that. Knowing this model, there is a strong chance that it is simply a misunderstanding of the product (sincerely). Did you carefully read the manual? Especially after arming, you have (like most alarm systems) a 30-second exit delay to respect (to allow you to leave the premises). After this delay, the detector will trigger immediately, without any delay.
The best thing to do in a case like this is to call us at 09 72 30 88 88 (non-premium number) to discuss with a technician who can explain all this operation to you. It's a shame not to go through our team who is at your service (we are known for this extremely effective customer service) and to immediately leave a negative review.

Regarding the return, our website is very clear that you can return goods from 30 days of purchase if you change your mind, please return the goods to the address on the website or the top of your invoice with a covering note.
