The device arrived - well packaged - thanks. You had already linked all the pieces which was fabulous and the alarm is VERY loud. The mobile phone alert function is tremendous and the link to the wireless siren allows me to hear the garage alarm in the house. Everything is superb but I have two suggestions:
Fitting the PIR device to the wall is not easy. The little screw that attaches the battery cover is too small and not very good quality. You supplied two but I damaged both trying to screw it into the ball-joint and, once in, I could not get it tight. I ended up gluing this piece. A re-think on that area would be good. I did use the correct screwdriver by the way (jewellery type).
The cable on the power supply was OK for me as my garage sockets are half-way up the wall but I think it could benefit from being a bit longer in some applications.
Apart from those points though - I am DELIGHTED with my purchase to help protect my garage.

The intercom arrived promptly and works well. The instructions were clear and having the device already paired was a help. A few suggestion as to make it even better.
a) The aerial cable - there is no slot for this to go through the outside cover. I have just curled it up inside the case and it works but I'm sure it would work better if it was extended properly. Instructions as to what to do with it would be useful - should I make a slot in the bottom of the cover so it can protrude underneath and still be secure from the elements?
b) Some kind of facility to put the business name underneath the buzzer button would be useful. Most similar devices have a small indentation with a plastic cover where a name card can be placed.
c) My set up has the buzzer on the front door and the handset in my office in the garden 100yds away. When I am in the house it's a pain to have to take the handset with me on every occasion. A separate simple bell unit in the house which rings at the same time as the handset in the office would be very useful as if I am in the house I don't need the intercom facility I can just answer the door.
Hopefully helpful comments - overall very pleased with the unit.

Product great and easy to set up but remote distance is limited easily by walls, trees etc ... Better if line of sight. Already prevented unwanted guests in the first week!

I bought 5 telescopic bollards, padlocks keyed a like. Out of the 5 one key was wrong, but all it took was one phone call and the right keys were received in a couple of days. Great Quality Product

As a company they tried hard with a difficult problem, Ultrasecure was recommended to me by Suffolk Police home security,I followed it up and selected a camera,made in mainland China,it refused to work,Ultrasecure worked on it to solve the problem as this was a camera that was in their brochure but new to them,unable to solve the problem it was returned and another familliar to them was sent to me,this was finaly fitted and up and running, not the best camera on the market but it does some of the actions I required,basically I just got fed up and had run out of time,I was told the first camera had to register with the makers server in china,Ultrasecure advised me not to do that,and the camera refused to work until that was completed, the second camera refuse's to use wi-fi as it clashe's with other wi-fi, but it tilts and turn and it has a picture, that will have to do,there were several phone calls with Ultrasecure to achieve this level of operation, they tried, but my opinion is they need to understand the products they are selling, to sell and walk away is not enough,
