The order, delivery, and commissioning everything is perfect. The only regret I have, and it is important, is that the cell has too narrow an angle. I would have preferred it to have an angle of 180 degrees to cover a wider area.

There may or may not be something wrong with the product I bought but a week later it is still not working. Hugely complicated and stressful exercise. Not worth the hassle.

Dear Customer I am sorry you have had issues with this 4G Battery Camera, I believe you have now spoken to our technical team and it appears the issue is with the 4G signal in the location where you were trying to use the Camera. If you need to talk to them again please contact us. Unfortunately 4G Cameras rely on a 4G Phone signal for correct operation, just as all of our mobile phones need a network signal to work, in some cases using a SIM Card from a different supplier can give you a better phone (network) signal (for example trying EE if O2 is struggling, or O2 if Vodaphone is struggling), obviously you know the location better than we do. Very good service, very responsive company, good quality/price ratio. Good functioning. Two technical remarks: 1) The system does not signal that an opening is open when you want to set the alarm. You can therefore set the alarm while a door or window is open. 2) The system signals by SMS to the person who gave the 'armed or disarmed' order, but only to the person who performed the action. If two people have access to the alarm (common in a couple), the other does not know the state of the alarm. Would it be possible for the system to send an SMS to two or more phones of the action that has just been taken?

Easy navigation of site to find the product ordered. Good communication from Ultrasecuredirect to keep me updated on progress of order. Prompt delivery of product which was received in good order.

Navigation on site was easy and the packaging and delivery very good.
Setting up the 'sensor' and 'receiver' was straightforward.
2 problems: I ordered 2 sets of the system - with one set the receiver occasionally alarms but there is no one and nothing to be seen near the 'sensor'.
I suspect it may be set off by birds and I have moved the location of the sensor.
With both sets the volume of the receiver, though turned to full, cannot be heard if there is some background noise.
Apart from these I am quite pleased with the product.

The operation is very random!! Very often, I do not see any external camera, sometimes only 1 (out of 2), rarely both at the same time. However, the Ultracam control box (visible from the cameras and 15m away from them, without obstacles) is located on the roof for better reception of the 4G antenna (located 1000m away). Disappointing!
