Very good responsive alarm and pir with 100 desibal sound. Backup 4x aaa batteries fitted to unit in event of power failure. I purchased remote control for enable and disable alarm as i have main unit up very high. Overall a good buy and can recommend.

I purchased an ariel for my wireless CCTV system to boost a camera that was outside the range of the receiver box\ screen. The ariel was extremely well packaged in a much larger box to the point it took some getting into!! Can't fault that. It arrived in very good time to, but is was a local company to my area. As to the Ariel itself it was slightly longer than expected to the point that it 'stands out' on the distant camera. It appears to have boosted the signal marginally but signal still drops out now and available again.

It is an excellent website giving clear information, and it is well laid out. The telephone option is great, and the two people I spoke to on different days both knew what they were talking about and gave sage advice. Despite not asking for express delivery, the items
arrived the next day and the PIR, 2 remotes and extra siren came pre-programmed together.
Excellent service - faultless even - and I would certainly recommend Ultrasecure Direct, and go back to them again for anything else I might require in the security line.

The sensors inside and out were incapable of communicating with the siren box on front of the building. I found that only when the sensors were able to "see" the siren were they able to communicate. Otherwise the team were helpful but system a waste of money.

I am sorry you couldn't get the Wireless range between the Sensors and your desired location for the Siren Controller Box, unfortunately one can never be 100% sure with regards to Wireless Signals, we advertise actual distances (line of sight) which have all been tested and confirmed by us before adding them to our range of products. But it is impossible to know what may hinder this, it can be the nature of the construction, hidden cables or steel in walls, wi-fi and consumer box locations, even external influences. It would probably be possible for you to add a secondary Siren to this Alarm Kit, the first Siren could then bounce a signal to a second Siren at the front of the house.
