Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Ultra secure have just fitted dead locks to my van side door and rear barn doors, they were easy to get hold of
they never tried to sell me anything i never asked for (unlike others i spoke to)
the pricing was explained clearly and concisely, they also explained that they would take a 50% deposit on order and only after the successful completion of the work would they take the remainder of the money for the order
the installer came to the construction site where i was working and fitted the locks on the side of the road there and then
he arrived promptly at the arranged time and acted professionally the whole time
whilst he was there a colleague working on the site with me was so impressed that he placed an order there and then over the phone with the office.
i have been highly impressed with the service i received from them both over the phone and in person with the fitter of the day
thank you ultra secure for all your assistance

CLEAR AND PRECISE VERY GOOD

I mistakenly ordered some incompatible sensors, but UltraSecure contacted me to verify precisely what I wanted. The sensors I actually needed were cheaper than the ones I'd bought and paid for. UltraSecure refunded the difference back to my credit card the next day. The whole order was dispatched and received within a couple of days. All of the sensors had already been paired with the control panel so installation was a simple process of fix it and switch it on!! A great job and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very competent customer service and attentive to the customer, nothing but positive.

Very good, meets my expectations.

In line with the site description. Very good imitation.

Very satisfied with the customer service, responsive and quick.
