just one complaint, the features of this camera are too confusing, and the night resolution in infrared is really poor. It lacks an SD card for recording.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
Thank you for your message and your order.
Please note that there are different models of cameras, with better quality infrared, and also with an SD card if necessary. It is obviously a matter of price.
This image quality is often subjective as generally customers are quite satisfied with the vision that these cameras provide.
We are of course at your disposal if necessary, do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of assistance.

I received a control panel already configured so just plug it in and it works.
fifteen days later, after removing the SIM card and putting it back, I no longer had info by SMS, the technician performed all the manipulations from his home, and it turned out that I had hidden the call number, so he indicated the manipulation on my iPhone to unlock it.
Bravo, nothing but good to say!

Note that I had to call three times and therefore had three different advisors on the phone. Despite this, each of them was particularly good advice, polite, friendly, and especially effective. Bravo! Keep it up. It changes from companies where you have the clear impression of bothering them rather than being a potential customer... Sincere greetings.

I ordered a battery-powered doorbell. I received the package well, but after checking the material, it turned out:
1/ out of the two batteries provided, one was empty. It's not a big deal, that can happen
2/ But on the two buttons for the doorbell, the second one cannot be used because it is intended for a different frequency. This error is abnormal.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello Sir,
First of all, thank you for your order, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding the battery, this is not normal, I will ask our workshop to contact you about this.
Regarding the button, did you receive, see, and read the instruction letter that is attached to this product?
It is explained that the second button must indeed be paired by you. This is completely normal (not at all a question of different frequency, I assure you). Why? Because, on this product, each time the battery is removed, the button must be paired again with the receiver-doorbell.
We test the material before shipping, so I have no doubt about its proper functioning (except in exceptional cases, covered by the warranty obviously).
To avoid any risk of triggers or leaks during transport, we remove the batteries from the products. Therefore, you simply need to proceed with the pairing during the setup (pressing 2 buttons simultaneously: the black button on the back of the doorbell, and the doorbell button).
Our service is of course at your disposal (email, phone) for any additional help, do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you.
Best regards,
Christopher

Hello,
We apologize for this inconvenience.
This is absolutely not normal. We do try to take all necessary precautions, but unfortunately sometimes the factory batteries included in certain products are poorly insulated and arrive already empty.
I will ask the workshop to contact you to organize what is necessary.
Best regards,
Christopher
