DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 !
Whole thing been a lot of aggro

Dear Sirs We apologise that we accidently left the manufacturers instructions in the box, we did include our own A4 Instructions that would have been attached to your VAT Receipt, we should have only sent these. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Best Regards Mark

After browsing through the website and noticing the product I was interested in was out of stock I rang the contact number and given an alternative product that covered all my requirements. After ordering the product it arrived the following day on the free of charge standard delivery. Fantastic. The product looks sturdy and up to the job and from unboxing it, It was installed by myself and working in just over 1hour. In numerous tests all positive I now have piece of mind at night. Can't thank you guys enough delivering quality products at very competitive prices. Well done. Already recommending to family and friends.

Brilliant little "Dummy" camera. Looks realistic (although I understand that it is actually a real camera but, it can be used to deter). Brilliant service. Parcel arrived on time and very well packaged.

I was looking for an alarm for a stable door, but could not work out what I wanted, so I called UltraSecureDirect. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, guiding me to an alarm and talking me through it. He answered all my questions and was very patient ad knowledgeable. It was then very easy to order and arrived very quickly and well packed.
