If your batteries wear out too quickly, two probable possibilities:
- your system triggers too often (for example, you test once a day, while the technical specifications expect a classic use, for example a test trigger per month)
- your system is malfunctioning, in which case we will cover it under warranty

Quicker delivery than I expected (next day) - wonderful.Easy installation but the central alarm unit wasn't picking up the second door detector - had a chat with the technical people, and followed through several routines, replaced a battery and now its a bit intermittent. Its only 8 feet away but there is quite a thickness of timber in between the detector and the alarm unit so I need to make some minor modifications to my set up. The bulk of the alarm works perfectly. The moral of the story is to plan where items are go before sticking them in place!

An excellent product arrived quickly very well packed.
Only one minor negative. There is no means of securing the dummy wire that goes from the camera to the box.I overcame this by securing the bottom half of a three pin plug inside the box; having removed all the pins and fuse and then clamping the wire in the base of the plug which I screwed into the box.

Was surpost to be delivered on monday , Finally got my item on Friday after ring your Preston depot up 3 times , you don't talk to your drivers very good

We are sorry you experienced a delay in this delivery, we use the nationwide courier DPD so the drivers are not actually working directly for us, we have investigated with DPD and found that they did try to deliver the Post three times before successfully making the delivery to you on the Friday. DPD make hundreds of deliveries for us every week, and the vast majority of these deliveries are done without any delays and problems, unfortunately for whatever reason with your delivery they experienced a problem.

Been casually looking for a reliable, cost effective GSM Alarm system for small remote projects for sometime!! Very helpful with good products. Only one minor problem. It would have helped if they had warned me about using a 3 SIM and "sold" the benefits of a roaming SIM to me during purchase if my auto-dialler alarm system. Unfortunately initially I discovered that with my spare 3 SIM, alerts were unreliable, often not arriving at all. I discussed this with USD and after being advised that that was the cause, I bought a roving SIM from them and the system now works fine.
