Furthermore, should you ever have the need to contact them you need have no fear. Their response is swift, their attitude very obliging and understanding. I recently had occasion to email them concerning a difficulty I was having (I couldn't remember how to set something up and had misplaced the instructions!) and received a telephone call the following day. Extremely pleased with my order of wireless shed alarms and solar panic alarm. Very easy installation with ability to site alarm many metres away and hide safely out of reach. The UltraSecure guys were also very helpful and know their stuff.
