I contacted ultrasecure to verify some information on their website concerning a product I was interested in purchasing and they understood the product and reassured me that the product would do what I needed it to do. I am not on my first purchase with you, the material works perfectly and access to customer service by phone for advice is very responsive. However, I had a bad surprise, the alarm order received was on the same frequency as the one in place and the means for changing it is a bit complicated to implement to modify the frequency on each command and which each has its frequency in order to differentiate two areas to extend but close.
