Easy enough to find what I wanted. Ordering was straightforward and the item came very promptly. It was well packaged and had sufficiently clear instructions. Prior to ordering, I had a technical query about an item I already had that I thought might be obsolete. It was dealt with extremely well and thoughtfully by someone who went out of his way to help. It was over and above what I might expect to get from a normal reputable company, it felt like a very customer-oriented, family firm. Hi Guys
Yes I have set the system up and am happy with it apart from one thing.
When I receive a text to inform me the system has operated its in what appears to be Chinese !!!!! Unfortunately my understanding of "Mandarin" isn't exactly fluent.
That said I thought it was hilarious tbh
anything we can do to change to English please !!!

Hello, thank you for the review, our SIM Card provider has changed supplier and are aware of this issue. They have raised it with the network who are now working on a fix, once fixed your SIM Card should revert to English. Thank you for your patience.

I ordered a wireless intercom with extra mains adaptor and external aerial. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the aerial and mains adaptor was missing.
After one simple phone call they had the items sent out that day and they were with me the next day.
It was a simple mistake that was rectified straight away. We all make mistakes but it's how they are dealt with that counts !!!
So 5 stars for Ultrasecuredirect !!!
I would not hesitate to recomend them to anyone !!!!!!!! Thank you.

Be careful to avoid SFR as a provider with SIM cards that are only DATA
we still haven't been able to use the cameras with these cards (it's already been over a month)
the equipment works very well with the SIM cards we retrieved from other phones
On the other hand, for the USB cards, it would be good to indicate in your description that MICRO CARDS are needed, we also end up with large model USBs that no one wants to take back

We have had your alarm on our garden shed (which has previously been broken into). The alarm box started giving false alarms, so I spoke to your technical support, who was very helpful and narrowed the problem down to the bell box. He then made some useful suggestions. I tried these, but to no affect. Accordingly I ordered a new box which was delivered efficiently. This now works fine.
