After checking, your order placed on January 2 at 1 PM, shipped on January 3 and made available on January 5 at the selected pickup point. You only picked it up on January 11.
Perhaps you were not properly notified of its availability?

I bought 2 UltraPIR kits for 2 garages and everything works perfectly with a Free 2E SIM card (each), I camouflaged the 2 receivers with speaker fabric by just cutting the small detection window, so they disappear among the shelves, it also reduces the brightness of the small red light, moreover I did not fix them as I can transport them and place them in my car, in my apartment, or anywhere that may need occasional surveillance, Great.
