Very satisfied with the support, both for the advice before the purchase and for the follow-up including technical support for installation and proper functioning. Competent and attentive people. The motion detector purchased works well despite a complicated environment. I plan to complete my installation with Ultra Secure, whose customer service I recommend for its seriousness!

3 returns for battery and charging issues on infrared terminals. That's a lot. Review the reliability. But repairs covered by maintenance are okay.
