I received a control panel already configured so just plug it in and it works.
fifteen days later, after removing the SIM card and putting it back, I no longer had info by SMS, the technician performed all the manipulations from his home, and it turned out that I had hidden the call number, so he indicated the manipulation on my iPhone to unlock it.

Note that I had to call three times and therefore had three different advisors on the phone. Despite this, each of them was particularly good advice, polite, friendly, and especially effective. Sorry for that, express transport 24h for a low-value order is indeed priced at €9.90 including VAT (and unfortunately costs us even more!). You also had the option of a delivery at €6.90, I don't know if you saw it?
These shipping costs are calculated automatically by the site based on the purchase value. In some specific cases, the calculation is not the most accurate, you should not hesitate to contact us to let us know, we could have adjusted accordingly (a postal shipment at €2.90 would have been good in this case, the product is light).
Please convey our apologies to your friend, and tell him not to hesitate to call us so that we can make a gesture on a future order.

The material I bought is used to protect the gate of a site that I monitor at night.. the material works quite well as soon as it is well adjusted manually. So I have to do between 4 to 5 tests between the sensor and the console 140 meters back and forth for 1 test. Otherwise, the sensors work very well the console in silent mode does not function, it remains in alarm position 3. That's why I put 4 stars out of 5. Otherwise, I do not regret my purchase as it is very useful for my work.

Indeed, please excuse us for that. We generally provide setup letters and, in your case, an explanatory video, but this manual is missing which we are currently working on (specifications change constantly and it is sometimes not easy to keep everything up to date). Add to that the annual holidays, it does not help at all to meet our usual deadlines!
The main thing is that we are reachable and without extra cost to guide you from start to finish, that is what we consider to be the most important, certainly much better than a manual regardless of its writing quality, our products are still very specific and each order is specially prepared for the end customer, the manuals are often only half adapted...
However, I confirm that it is noted that the missing manual should be sent to you quickly as soon as available.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience, and remaining obviously at your disposal if necessary.

This is absolutely not normal. We do try to take all necessary precautions, but unfortunately sometimes the factory batteries included in certain products are poorly insulated and arrive already empty.

A defective product can exist, it happens, but I assure you, the warranty is there for that. However, it is often the installation that is not ideal and the solution lies at that level. We are here to help you improve the installation.
The first and simplest test is as follows: remove the detector that triggers, place it in a drawer or a completely insulated closed cupboard, and leave it for the time you would have had a trigger. If you still experience triggers, the detector has a defect. Contact us to proceed with an exchange.
Otherwise, it is simply the location where it is installed that is problematic. Avoid any heat source that may trigger it. Do not hesitate to send us photos from all angles so we can guide you.
