I can't say that the service is not serious, I am still waiting for my refund but I had to return the product as it did not suit me at all because technically there was no operating manual in English, features are not very accessible. No way to understand how it works. No very precise response when I called, however, the people remain friendly.
But overall the purchased product does not correspond to what I expected.

Very good site, fast and efficient. However, I was very surprised when I opened my order (perimeter alarm kit) that everything is written in Chinese with a translation in English and French.... I would have preferred US or European material. Especially since on Chinese sites, the same type of material is sold for half the price... Well, as long as it works, if it's reliable Chinese material, that's fine with me....
