After speaking to a knowledgeable gentleman from Ultra Secure Direct I placed an order for a wireless caravan alarm system on Friday afternoon. Alarm system delivered the following morning (I didn't even pay for postage as spent more than £75!). To make my life easier, someone from Ultra Secure Direct had even gone to the trouble of syncing all the individual parts - brilliant! System fitted Saturday afternoon, works well. Thank you!

I have a problem with the intercom from day one I have had lots of emails with the technical department and they can't resolve it and want me to return and pay for the return postage for test and possibly repaired the company will not supply a replacement

We are sorry that you have experienced some difficulties with the system and our technical department have been working hard to resolve the issue, unfortunately they haven't been able to ascertain the required information with regards to the fault and would need the units returned to us so that we can investigate the reported issue. In this instance, we would require the units to be returned to us, if you could arrange the return at your convenience, once we have the units back, we would be in a better position to advise whether there is a fault, or whether a repair or replacement was needed. We would cover return costs if the unit was indeed found to be faulty as reported and not damaged/ misused during installation. Unfortunately, we would be unable to send a replacement unit, especially without knowing fully the reason for the reported fault or refund the units without first having the units back. Please return to us and hopefully we can get this resolved quickly for you. Kind regards Stuart

You made this so easy. The receiver was already set up to alert me. I just tied the eye part to a post and pointed it in the right direction. Customer services were really helpful regarding the width of the beam (20 degrees), so the cars in the Lane alongside the eye didn't set it off accidentally. Perfect, instant success. Many thanks for your review and sharing your feedback The entry delay on the PIR is 5 seconds and the sirens is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to deactivate the system should you have forgotten to disarm before entering, but it does seem a while when you are waiting /timing etc. We do appreciate customer feedback and try to use this information to further improve our products moving forward. I've read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I've received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.

Good morning Sir. Many thanks for taking the time to publish a review, and we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with the telescopic post. We have sold many of these posts with this locking mechanism and we normally receive comments with how simple and easy to use the post and lock are as opposed to unworkable. Once you lift the post upwards, the handle should be push back to engage a securing pin to ensure the post stays in the upright position. The lock is then simply pressed down to secure the post into place. The keys are not needed to lock the post in position, the keys are only used to unlock and subsequently lower the post.
