For your information, you ordered via "2Shop" which is indeed a delivery announced in 48-72 hours (do not confuse with Chrono relay which is in 24 hours but this is a paid service for an order under 300 €). Regarding the delivery/billing addresses, this is quite possible in the cart. This is indeed the case with your order since your delivery address is a relay point, unlike your billing address. In terms of the order and delivery, it's very good, but the wireless doorbell system turned out to be defective and its operation intermittent. On my side, I had diagnosed that the magnetic contact was the cause but the technician from Ultra Secure requested the complete return of the system for testing and after a few days sent me back the whole thing claiming that he had not noticed anything abnormal.
Of course, I reassembled the whole thing and after only 1 day the failure reappeared. The technician again asked me to return the contact alone and sent me a new one, since then the doorbell works without any problems.
The complete kit cost about 100 €, I find that from my first request ULTRA SECURE should have sent me a new kit which would have saved me several disassemblies and numerous steps.
