Very good after-sales service, however I am disappointed with the quality of the alarm I bought, really low-end

Would have been 5 stars... excellent service excellent product, easy to install as long as you are a bit tec savvy.
My only minor complaint is the door opening sensors, if you don't have flush fitting doors which most modern UPVC doors are not then the sensors will not fit, you have to make your own spacers which are not pretty or reliable, I would have paid extra for purpose built spacers to be included.
I like the fact that I can add to my system if need be.
But overall a very good product.

The shed alarm and camera I purchased was disappointing far as to say if the was an intruder the alarm it's self would not scare them off , the sounder is very quite ,overall disappointed with the product

The unit was as described and arrived promptly. It has now been installed and is working perfectly. It is on the outside of my garage, visible from the house and is to inform us if our freezer loses power. My criticisms of the unit are minor. the box is hung on four keyhole slots, one at each corner. When installed it can be lifted free and I was concerned that it might dislodge in strong winds. i have used cable ties to make it more secure. It would have been better to simply have screw holes. Also, the lead is very short making it necessary to have or install a power point very close inside. Since normally a small hole is used to transmit the lead, installation involved having to disconnect the cable inside the unit and reconnect it once both were in place. Otherwise a hole large enough for the transformer to pass is required.
Good unit, but a longer lead and maybe some easier disconnection!

VERY EASY SYSTEM TO SET UP EVERYTHING IS ALREADY PROGRAMMED WITH THE REMOTES. NEGATIVE POINT THE FIXING SCREW BETWEEN THE WALL BRACKET AND THE BOX, TOO SMALL AND FRAGILE.

It seems to me that I received a siren that had already been used, it was dirty and the wires were poorly stripped and randomly tinned but it works correctly and is relatively powerful for its size.

Works very well, the only problem is that it is easily detachable from its support, I modified the fixing to make it harder to steal.
