ultrasecure protect 800...arrived quickly and easy to set up .I got 3 pir's and set a different chime to each one . pir's have a good range(easy 15meters)all in all a good piece of kit.

The customer must discover the 'tips' for operating the devices, e.g.: sometimes you have to press the remote several times to activate all the detectors

Hello,

In principle, having to press several times is not normal operation.
In practice, although in most installations there will be nothing to report, it remains wireless and you must ensure that these waves reach their destination.

Several possible reasons:
- elements installed too far / at the limit of range = the waves do not systematically reach all elements, so you need to press several times for several attempts
- conversely, elements too close can create confusion in the system (but generally, this only happens if you test elements that are really close together, on a table for example for tests)
- disturbing elements, especially metallic ones, can block wave access

Company is good delivery was quick and officiant but the products alarm isn't as advertised it's been measured at 94 dB went its advertised at 130 dB

Thank you for the review, we always try our best to be as honest as possible with all of our products, this product was clearly labelled up by the manufacturer as 130 Decibels, which is why we stated the same.
Due to your review, we have tested one and our tests averaged 155 Decibel with a maximum of 120 Decibels.
We do know many APP's testing sound levels can vary by as much as 10 - 15%, we have changed the specification on the website now to 120 Decibel.

No, this is absolutely not normal, and we do not work like that.
Did you properly remove the protective plastic? It does indeed have a 'scratched' appearance but it just needs to be removed, it protects the product from scratches.
If that's not it, just contact us and we will exchange it without any problem. During transport, it may happen that an item gets damaged, unfortunately, I hope you can understand that.

The marked items, called 'refurbished', are sold in a separate section on our site, at a reduced price. If you did not order through this channel, then you should have received a completely new remote control verified by us.

I needed to find a replacement wireless burglar alarm which wasn't too expensive to purchase and to operate. I came across the Ultra Secure Direct website and found it was easy to browse through the products, checking what each base system provided and what could be added to them. Having decided what to buy it was pretty painless to register for an account and then to order what I needed. I was able to pay by credit card and two days later a well packed parcel arrived well in time for me to install the system at the weekend. With the additional instructions supplied by Ultra Secure Direct I found it was easy to install. I had a minor technical problem that I emailed Ultra Secure Direct about and they were very quick to respond and resolve the matter. When I have clocked a few hours up on this new system I will no doubt consider expanding it.

Comprehensive selection of Fold Down Parking Posts available via the web site and very good images of post(s) in a variety of positions. Simple to place order, but need to take care when ordering additional (same) keys.
This 900mm high, 76mm diameter post looks to be very robust and secure.
My only (minor) criticism is that the standard bolts included looked under specified for this weight of post so I have used longer and better quality bolts to secure it to the ground.
