I found the attachment between the PIR sensor and the wall bracket to be very weak. you only have a very small screw to assemble these two items together. other than that the alarm is working fine.

good for contact and advice but a problem to deactivate the pin code of the free card due to old format and thus the need to find a holder of an old phone under free accepting the card size to do it. Well noted in the manual but not in the product description. So to be planned according to operator

Detection can be greatly improved by following some advice according to your environment. Basic advice if you have a classic alley: tilt the detector at 45°, like a speed radar. This is often the solution that resolves missed detections. Then everything will depend on your precise environment (it may not be missed detections, perhaps it is waves that do not reach the receiver too far away or with obstructive obstacles?), we will be happy to guide you, do not hesitate to contact our services, we know our products very well and are at your disposal via a free number (or by email if you prefer). Love my remote PIR alarm. Its loud, its easy to set. Speedy delivery of my door sensor ( additional item ) but i'm having some problem synchronising it to my PIR unit. Not tested the battery, but it just doesn't seem to work. I'll contact you directly if i cant get it up and running.

Thank you for the review, the light bulbs will only work during a full power cut, the way to test them is to turn off the relevant circuit on the consumer unit, then they should turn ON. They are designed to only work if the power supply is cut, not just turned off. Items were as expected and easy to install with clear instructions, the door contacts are not ideal for a caravan door with an insect mesh. We however are using one on an external hatch and plan to order more, otherwise all works and seems ok, only had it installed two days so time will tell.
