Very good telephone and internet reception, fast delivery, too bad the device was defective. Fortunately, it was not serious and everything was sorted out very quickly.

Power adapters are not systematically tested as they are very rarely defective, only the device itself is tested to ensure its operation before shipping.

This would have been a 5 star review but I have had a negative experience regarding being charged for an item that I had already paid for. I have tried to explain the situation regarding the over charging but it keeps getting rebutted back to me with them saying that I have been charged correctly,which I haven't. Going round in circles so I suppose I will have to let the money go,must be how they make a profit? A shame really as someone at work had asked if this company was okay as they wanted to make an order but after my experience I had to say no. Positive was the order arrived quickly and undamaged.

Hello, Please excuse us for this delay, independent of our will. Indeed, you placed your order on October 4th (7:57 AM), and the order was shipped by our service the same day (4:55 PM). It was at La Poste that things went wrong. Even if you are in Corsica, the delay should have been 3-4 days maximum, but it took 7 days to be delivered (message on the tracking: 'Your package cannot be delivered today, access to the delivery address being impossible. It will be re-delivered as soon as possible.'). Who knows. Unfortunately, even though we try to work as quickly as possible, we are necessarily tied to this carrier delay that we cannot control. According to your message, the rest is okay (products, etc.) which is ultimately the main thing. I remain at your disposal for any additional needs. Best regards,

The gate alarm which we bought does its job, but we did not appreciate that there was no control over the volume also no choice over the actual ringtone. Our fault we should not have assumed that it was similar to our last one.

Thank you for the comments, I assume you know you can move the side slide switch to Alert or Beep which gives you a slight variation in the sound, we find the Beep setting helps to hear it from further away. We do have other models which have volume control which we could upgrade you to if it helps, but they do unfortunately cost more.

However, please know that we are at your disposal to find other solutions if this one does not suit you. In particular, in this range, the possibility of adding several sirens if you want a more 'scattered' and therefore louder sound.
The most important thing is to know that we never abandon a customer and seek all possible solutions to the requested need.
