Good service and delivery. Security post ordered was actually over packaged - a box within a box and then bubblewrap-all for a steel post! Crazy. However, the post is good. Only thing is the bolts supplied are very short and although they are into concrete - it would be more secure with longer bolts as I believe this post could easily be knocked over.

Order well packaged and delivered on time. No issues with the service. However, the material was of mediocre quality for the price. I should have suspected it when reading the description but 80€ for equipment that should be worth 10€ max in bulk, it's a bit expensive for storage.

Please know that these devices sell by the thousands all over Europe and on the contrary, they bring full satisfaction. I think it is even the number 1 product in our catalog.
I am therefore generally surprised by your comment. As a result, I wonder if it is not a misuse or misunderstanding of the product? Despite the well-written manuals, this sometimes happens, not everyone is necessarily comfortable with this type of material. Could you please give me more details on what does not suit you? Have you tried to contact our services by phone or email? We are here to help you set up your system or exchange if necessary.
Last point and not the least: to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, we offer a 30-day return and refund period for any product that does not please. Hard to do better than that.
Furthermore, I want to clarify that yes we are a commercial company and need to make a living, but we do not sell products at a multiple of 8, that would be absurd.
We do not also play around selling products that do not work or work poorly, the products in our catalog are scrupulously chosen and in the case where they do not meet our quality charter, they are never sold.

The product is suitable but, you never know if the alarm is activated or passive. One time out of two, thinking I activated it before closing the door, I realize during the next visit that the alarm does not trigger

In the meantime, another tip that does not seem to have been mentioned: did you know that this alarm has an exit delay? This allows you to be sure that you have activated the system properly (the arming beep) and gives you time to leave the premises without the system triggering. IF the people are good advisors and serious, the product is not up to par. The detector triggers at the slightest wind when it is supposed not to react to moving vegetation. Now it works when it wants even though the batteries have been checked. Disappointing purchase

Thankyou for your review, we do offer Free Postage on all orders over £75, and charge £4.95 for orders under this, we accept that some deliveries will actually cost us over £6 and some £3, but due to automation on the web site we set the figure down the middle. I am sorry we do not have the infrastructure to charge different rates at the moment.

Ordered a small system for use on a boat, Arrived promptly. Some difficulty with set up as instructions were not clear, however customer services soon cleared up the confusion and system now in place and working adequately, we will review ongoing usage as time progresses
