Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Hello,

Glad that you are generally satisfied.
Please excuse us if the time seemed long to you, we did respect the deadlines: ordered Friday afternoon, shipped Monday (we are closed on weekends), delivery to the relay point on Wednesday (48h delay for Bouches-du-Rhône).
What surprises me about the mentioned urgency is that the package was only picked up the day after tomorrow?

I hope nonetheless that you are satisfied with our service following the various phone exchanges.

Remaining at your disposal if necessary.

Best regards,
Christopher

Hello,

Please excuse us if all this does not seem clear to you, customers are more or less comfortable with this kind of material, which I can completely understand.
Nevertheless, know that our service is always at your disposal to help you throughout the setup of the system. Moreover, the material has already been prepared and paired for you, so you just need to insert the batteries and fix the elements where you wish to do so. Nothing simpler.

Do not hesitate at all if you need additional help.

Best regards,
Christopher

Dear Sir
Thank you for the honest review, the length of cable from the transformer is standard, although I do not disagree that we should ask the supplier to look at options about having a slightly longer one, I think the question would be how long should it be ?. As for the instructions we send out quick setup guide and our advice which we have made up, we also include the full A5 manual inside the box, together with actually pairing all the sensors to the panel for you before dispatching. We would appreciate your comments to what more we should have done for you, which will help us look into the future.

Dear Stephen
Sorry you do not like this Padlock, we have sold many over the last few years, with no negative feedback until now. We do have our 30 day money back guarantee to protect customers in cases like this, as we appreciate you cannot always get a feel for a product from looking at a Photo, but we always do our best to give full and honest descriptions on all of our listings. Please feel free to return it within the 30 days for a full refund or exchange for another product.

Hello, Thank you for your message, and glad that you are nonetheless satisfied. Indeed, you can find all prices on the Internet... and also all levels of service. You have to be careful about many things: 1/ just because the product looks visually similar doesn't mean it's the same, you would be surprised by the differences, with us you know what you are buying, no risk 2/ if you buy on eBay or elsewhere, do you really know who you are buying from, and in which country? How do returns work? Refunds? Warranty? 3/ we are a French company, with taxes, VAT, charges, yes we have to make a margin, otherwise you wouldn't have competent staff behind capable of answering your questions (which you have done several times after your purchase), and this without additional costs (again, how does after-sales service work with these other companies?) We make it a point to serve all our customers until their total satisfaction, this is something important for us in our daily work. I very sincerely doubt that these other resellers care as much about their customers. Remaining at your disposal if necessary. Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr

Hello, Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused. We have very good feedback on this product which satisfies, but when this is not the case, customers usually call us, which is why our customer service is available. Are you aware of the 30-day period available for returning the equipment? You can then choose a more suitable product, or a refund if nothing works (very rarely the case, we have a sufficiently stocked catalog). The indoor panel can operate in 3 modes: beep, chime, and siren. Did you check the manual carefully? Once again, our technicians are here to help you set up your system. And, very importantly, at no extra cost. The outdoor detector is resistant, no doubt about that. The cover helps to further protect the detector, but especially to reduce the angle and beam to precisely orient the detector on the desired passage. Do not confuse its utility. The choice of rubber is well thought out, it makes the task easier for our customers and does not reduce the effectiveness of protection. As indicated several times, do not hesitate to call us, we are at your disposal to help you, the satisfaction of our customers being the most important. Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr

Hello Sir,

Indeed, we have already exchanged on this matter, and everything seemed to be in order with the received products. We are obviously at your disposal if something was wrong.
We always strive to ensure that packages are received in good condition and sealed (I think the different layers of tape attest to that), but sometimes during the long journey, damage can occur. However, as you have seen, we protect the contents very well (polystyrene, etc.) to ensure proper functioning upon receipt. In the case where we take responsibility, we replace what is necessary.

I hope that at the product and usage level, everything is going well.

We remain at your disposal if needed.

Best regards,
Christopher
