Great service over chat-link and with quick delivery of product.
Product easy to install. Alarm a little quiet, but should work a deterrent.

Website has some overwrite issues on an iPad.
Given how expensive the items are (for a doorbell) would have appreciated some telephone feedback (I know you are busy but may now not recommend).
The support pre buying was very good.

Good product. Easy to install. However, the manual is in another language. I haven't tested if the sensor works up to 100 m but for 6 m no issues.
