Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

I WILL RECOMMEND IT

Very satisfied with the delivery despite forgetting the batteries and a remote control. After a phone call, the problem was resolved in 24 hours, very satisfactory service.

Satisfied with my purchase for now

Original and well-made products, fast delivery so satisfied customer. A small downside though, the prices seem slightly above what I expected, but this point is subjective.

too bad the user manual is in English, let's save French.....

good contact and advice, good reception

delivered on time, order compliant, equipment not yet completely installed and used

satisfied with the delivery time

good

---order delivered on time....matched the description....but after testing it was not suitable for my use....so return without difficulty. Contact with an advisor and a new proposal better suited.

Simple, clear, effective!

product not yet installed

Good

Good

The device gives a satisfactory result; Manual could be made a bit clearer.

Lock appears sturdy enough, good that it has a classified secure rating!

I bought 5 telescopic bollards, padlocks keyed a like. Out of the 5 one key was wrong, but all it took was one phone call and the right keys were received in a couple of days. Great Quality Product

Good clear website for ordering, would be helpful if an order advice was provided

A painless transaction! The product was better than anticipated. Have already reccomended product and company.

thought they would have been a little thicker but for cost cant moan

Good product range. Equipment basically does what says on the tin. Tech advice is basic.

As a company they tried hard with a difficult problem, Ultrasecure was recommended to me by Suffolk Police home security,I followed it up and selected a camera, made in mainland China,it refused to work,Ultrasecure worked on it to solve the problem as this was a camera that was in their brochure but new to them, unable to solve the problem it was returned and another familliar to them was sent to me,this was finaly fitted and up and running, not the best camera on the market but it does some of the actions I required, basically I just got fed up and had run out of time,I was told the first camera had to register with the makers server in china,Ultrasecure advised me not to do that, and the camera refused to work until that was completed, the second camera refuse's to use wi-fi as it clashe's with other wi-fi, but it tilts and turn and it has a picture, that will have to do,there were several phone calls with Ultrasecure to achieve this level of operation, they tried, but my opinion is they need to understand the products they are selling, to sell and walk away is not enough,

Okay

valid site

equipment easy to install, customer service well followed. it's a shame to have forgotten to include the adapter plug, which complicated the process a bit. but everything is back to normal.

Affordable fast correct efficient

The promise is kept, the delivery is made in perfect conditions. The delivered product is in good condition.

The system seems to work very well. It sometimes lets cars pass without signaling their passage at the entrance

User-friendly, quick and clear response

Random operation

Equipment conforms to the order, fast service and quality packaging

Good material, delivered quickly, but the fixings are very difficult to install: dowels need to be reviewed.

I can't say that the service is not serious, I am still waiting for my refund but I had to return the product as it did not suit me at all because technically there was no operating manual in English, features are not very accessible. No way to understand how it works. No very precise response when I called, however, the people remain friendly.
But overall the purchased product does not correspond to what I expected.

to protect the central unit from rain, I did not receive a response, looking forward to hearing from you, best regards

Very good contact, excellent responsiveness. Delivery speed barely 72 hours. I recommend.
