Installation of an alarm in a camper van, which is very simple to set up. I chose not to install a door detector because the surfaces concerned are very small and only to install two presence detectors, one in the living area and the other in the storage compartment. It's effective, detection is very quick upon intrusion and the alarm is powerful inside. For more efficiency, the technician advised me to install a third siren in the engine compartment. After several attempts, I did not find this solution satisfactory enough, I installed it behind one of the refrigerator's ventilation grilles and there it is great, protected from water but not from dust, so to be monitored.. However, the weak point is the microscopic screw (diameter about 1mm) for fixing on the ball joint (not necessarily suitable for a moving camper van) for which no one will have the right screwdriver, and it requires force; once stripped, you will never find the same one in a hardware store, too bad otherwise it would have been perfect!

Hello, I still haven't been able to operate the devices (alarm with telephone alert call) because the pin code of the sim card needs to be deactivated. However, since this sim card is a mini sim, it's impossible to find a smartphone that accepts it to carry out the procedure, it's outdated. I am with Free and there is no way to deactivate it with them, nor in store. No pre-cut cards with them... in short, it's a hassle.

I just have a downside on the quality and responsiveness of the remotes. I have already changed the battery to see if it would reduce the little responsiveness (sometimes you have to press many times to arm or disarm the alarm.

A Very Good Service

Helpful and very quick response to my emailed query - and very fast order delivery. The only thing that stopped me from awarding five stars was that I thought the delivery charge for such a small item (key ring style fob arm/disarm controller) a bit excessive at £4-95

quick delivery, order in accordance.
Two remarks following my two orders on the site:
support for the modules a bit fragile,
difficult in some cases to lock them in the desired position (the ball joint locking is a bit light)
screws for fixing the modules to the base are not of good quality (the head of one is completely broken ..) and a slightly larger diameter would be more appropriate

No documentation with the material. I had to call twice to get it by email and therefore print it myself.

4 stars and not five, just for the delay of 48 hours and not 24 hours as indicated and also for the site where it was impossible to create two delivery and billing addresses, otherwise material received and installed nothing to say.

In terms of the order and delivery, it's very good, but the wireless doorbell system turned out to be defective and its operation intermittent. On my side, I had diagnosed that the magnetic contact was the cause but the technician from Ultra Secure requested the complete return of the system for testing and after a few days sent me back the whole thing claiming that he had not noticed anything abnormal.
Of course, I reassembled the whole thing and after only 1 day the failure reappeared. The technician again asked me to return the contact alone and sent me a new one, since then the doorbell works without any problems.
The complete kit cost about 100 €, I find that from my first request ULTRA SECURE should have sent me a new kit which would have saved me several disassemblies and numerous steps.

Good quality/price ratio material, a problem with one element quickly resolved by effective and responsive technical support.

OK but points to improve for it to be perfect.
Reliability of the equipment to be seen over time (some doubts).
Power of the indoor and outdoor sirens too weak.
Outdoor siren pressed against the support (wall) and therefore the sound is muffled.

Overall, correct, the technical service is more honest than the sales service. This is probably because the technicians know the products sold better than those who sell them. But a performing product apart from a few functions that I have not yet managed to master or that do not work. I still recommend. M.D

The bracelet/pendant meets my expectations. The setup is a bit tedious (you need an old phone with a microchip). The battery life is not sufficient (3 days).

I am very satisfied with the service and its diligence, the purchase was made within very reasonable timeframes. However, regarding the products, I dared to hope for a bit better from supposedly French material. Which surely is not (it is not indicated anywhere, which would surely be the case if it were), only the company is, but it hardly does better than 'China'. Although I am satisfied with the detector and its range (very superior to anything I have seen elsewhere), I am equally disappointed with the sound quality, low volume, and the deplorable choice of melodies offered. Perfect if you live in a 9 square meter attic (and in this case, there's no need to have 600 meters of range!) but really 'light' if you are in a somewhat spacious country house. What a pity that the more technology evolves, the more quality shrinks! I remember a chime when I was a child at my parents' house that was not only powerful but generated a 'ding-dong' of beauty and purity worthy of a vibraphone! It took 'progressing' 50 years to have a very artificial 'ding-dong', where the dong extinguishes the ding, preventing the B flat from making a nice minor third with the F. As for those like me whose deafness is no longer a mystery, it's better to put this bell on your head like a walkman, convenient!
