Good after-sales service, they helped me finalize the configuration of the alarm system. It's easier when you live on-site. After 5 months of use, my installation works wonderfully, except that sometimes my remote control has false contacts. Probably due to the battery moving inside its housing, just need to secure it with silicone.

Hello, the batteries have failed again, batteries that you changed in May when I returned the unit for overconsumption. Your report concluded that the unit is not at fault, that it is the batteries, but the first and last set comes from you. You were also supposed to cover the four sets that I changed. How can I be assured as stated in your description for 7 to 8 months? I also have problems with the remote control that does not always work. Awaiting your response, have a good day.

Hello, In 9 out of 10 cases, the problem you are experiencing is related to the PIN code that has not been removed from the SIM card, as explained in the manual.
