Very good customer service, they exchanged my defective doorbell that was less than a year old without any problem. However, the product received in exchange is not new, it has multiple small scratches as well as some marks... A bit disappointed even if the 'new' one works very well.

The customer service holds up, however the products, I define them as cheap junk; the detectors easily go out of adjustment, even with very little wind. I had to replace some batteries 2 months later. I regret my purchase, there are better products on the market.

Hello, Sorry for these encountered problems. Here are some responses to your comments: - the joint of these detectors is adjustable, which allows for simplified installation, then you just need to tighten them and they won't move in the wind - the battery life depends on usage and configuration (number of passages, trigger delay, etc.), but in no case should the battery last 2 months (except in extreme environments, for example, hundreds of passages per day) In any case, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, we are at your disposal to help you. If there is a problem with the equipment, it is of course under warranty for 2 years. Our goal is for you to be satisfied, so if, as here, you are not, we can gladly consider an exchange for more suitable equipment. Remaining at your service. There may or may not be something wrong with the product I bought but a week later it is still not working. Hugely complicated and stressful exercise. Not worth the hassle.

Dear Customer I am sorry you have had issues with this 4G Battery Camera, I believe you have now spoken to our technical team and it appears the issue is with the 4G signal in the location where you were trying to use the Camera. If you need to talk to them again please contact us. Unfortunately 4G Cameras rely on a 4G Phone signal for correct operation, just as all of our mobile phones need a network signal to work, in some cases using a SIM Card from a different supplier can give you a better phone (network) signal (for example trying EE if O2 is struggling, or O2 if Vodaphone is struggling), obviously you know the location better than we do. Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.

Very good service, very responsive company, good quality/price ratio. Good functioning. Two technical remarks: 1) The system does not signal that an opening is open when you want to set the alarm. You can therefore set the alarm while a door or window is open. 2) The system signals by SMS to the person who gave the 'armed or disarmed' order, but only to the person who performed the action. If two people have access to the alarm (common in a couple), the other does not know the state of the alarm. Would it be possible for the system to send an SMS to two or more phones of the action that has just been taken?

Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.
