Equipment received well but not yet installed. Customer service is very attentive with very good technical information and, what is rare these days, very friendly. Then I will see at the installation of the equipment.

Very good welcome and advice, delivery times respected, excellent quality/price ratio. Some technical improvements to be made to the purchased product compared to some competitors that are nonetheless more expensive.

Items arrived promptly and were already programmed to work together. Very easy to install and all works very well. One unexpected bonus is that you can arm / disarm the shed alarm from the house 40 ft away which is useful - didn't expect that range from the keyfob remote control

Delivered as ordered even a couple of days earlier than expected.
only time will tell how long they last, hopefully longer than the other three different sets of padlocks I have purchased that cease up after a few months outdoors.
