I have never seen this when buying online. You always think that no one will answer your questions, that you will end up on soulless phone platforms, that after the purchase, there will be no one to help you.
All of this is in the past with this website that offers incomparable service quality.
I dealt with Jules who was very good advice and the whole little team has always been very friendly on the phone.
