I have ordered before with Ultrasecure and they have always been very helpfull from placement of order through to the technical side if ever needed and that is why I ordered the wireless alarm which as excellent as expected.

Excellent product and excellent service. I lost a mounting screw when installing the unit, mentioned this to the support staff and received a replacement the following day. The doorbell/intercom unit I purchased is far superior to anything else I have tried. A really professional piece of engineering.

An excellent product and I am delighted with its performance. Easy ordering system and a quick efficient delivery. The online chat facility answered my questions before ordering. I purchased the Ultra-Com 600 metre Wireless Intercom System (no keypad) and mounted the intercom unit at my front door. No more worries about missing callers as I take the handset with me when I'm working outside or in my studio which is located at the bottom of the garden. Clear reception and easy to operate. Very satisfied all round and highly recommend both product and company.

Cannot believe how quickly they dispatched my order to me, and was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product.

I needed an alarm on a budget so bought this one. Very simple to set up and get going. Tried it 5 times in different places and it was great it's now doing its job where intended for. Just remember to disarm it if you don't want to wake your other half up at 5.30 am with a phone call from the alarm!! Speedy delivery no issues what so ever so far. Would definitely recommend :-)
