Whilst unfortunately the product that I ordered and promptly received had to be returned as it didn't quite work for what I wanted , the service and response was five star . Nothing wrong with the product which was good quality .

We ordered a set of three night lights/torches which were delivered quickly. They are a great security feature and we are so glad we got them. Absolutely essential for power cuts at night and so useful. Thoroughly recommended.

Very satisfied with the autonomous wireless alarm kit. Very responsive customer service. Thanks to the technicians who provided me with clear answers regarding the settings of the detectors. Looking for a specific proximity alarm I telephoned Ultrasecure. Given good advice and an item number to look for on their website. Ordered Monday and received Tuesday, the alarm works perfectly and was so easy to install - just what I was after. Ultrascure's adivce and assistance was second to none. Highly recomended. GVB
