Hello, Your alarm dating from 2018, it is true that the remote control may have suffered blows (keys, coins, etc.) that can deteriorate it. After a few years of use, the other explanation that could make sense following your detail "connection problem" is simply a dead battery. Had you tried to replace it? Hello,
No, precisely the remote control I put in a pocket of my jacket without anything with it is at the level of pressing the close or deactivate button the red light blinks from time to time I have changed the batteries several times, already a hassle it is better than the first model, otherwise overall I am very satisfied with my purchases. I hope this one will last and work.
