After checking in our systems, I can confirm that your order shipped by Colissimo on 14/10 was indeed delivered to the pickup point on 16/10, and picked up on 17/10.

Dear Sirs We are sorry for the delivery problems, however the UK had just experienced the first big winter storm of 2024 which created havoc on the roads due to many Floods & Snow cover. The Couriers were for a couple of days battling hard to get back in control, and their communication was also suffering as they tried their best in the challenging conditions. We all try our best all year, but sometimes extreme conditions do challenge all of society. We would ask you reconsider the review for these reasons Regards Mark

Good morning, Sir. Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you have experienced some difficulties with the system and our technical department have been working hard to resolve the issue, unfortunately they haven't been able to ascertain the required information with regards to the fault and would need the units returned to us so that we can investigate the reported issue. In this instance, we would require the units to be returned to us, if you could arrange the return at your convenience, once we have the units back, we would be in a better position to advise whether there is a fault, or whether a repair or replacement was needed. We would cover return costs if the unit was indeed found to be faulty as reported and not damaged/ misused during installation. Unfortunately, we would be unable to send a replacement unit, especially without knowing fully the reason for the reported fault or refund the units without first having the units back. Good afternoon Sir. Many thanks for your review and sharing your feedback The entry delay on the PIR is 5 seconds and the sirens is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to deactivate the system should you have forgotten to disarm before entering, but it does seem a while when you are waiting /timing etc. We do appreciate customer feedback and try to use this information to further improve our products moving forward. Good morning Sir. Many thanks for taking the time to publish a review, and we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with the telescopic post. We have sold many of these posts with this locking mechanism and we normally receive comments with how simple and easy to use the post and lock are as opposed to unworkable. Once you lift the post upwards, the handle should be push back to engage a securing pin to ensure the post stays in the upright position. The lock is then simply pressed down to secure the post into place. The keys are not needed to lock the post in position, the keys are only used to unlock and subsequently lower the post. Good afternoon Many thanks for your review and many apologies that the instructions were not simple to follow. We have tried to update many of our instruction manuals and set up guides to make the process easier (if possible, we do try to program kits and systems up for customers prior to despatch if we know the set up requirements), using QR codes, pictures and videos as well as re-writing some manuals and frequently asked questions sections on our Technical help pages on our website. Dear Sir Many thanks for your review and sorry to hear that the product does not seem to achieve the range as advertised. With these units, there is an option to change the sensitivity settings. Positioning of the unit can also be key to achieving range and hopefully we will be able to advise or give you some pointers if you are uncertain on best set up scenarios. Unfortunately the default alarm/warning chime is not the dog bark and we will pass your comments onto the manufacturer. Dear Sir We are sorry you do not like the sound on the Receiver, we have sold over 5000 of these Receivers and not had this complaint before, we assume you have tried the different chimes as there are 32 options as you may find one more suitable for you.
