The customer service holds up, however the products, I define them as cheap junk; the detectors easily go out of adjustment, even with very little wind. I had to replace some batteries 2 months later. I regret my purchase, there are better products on the market.

There may or may not be something wrong with the product I bought but a week later it is still not working. Hugely complicated and stressful exercise. Not worth the hassle.

Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.

Average products do not hold the charge with the original solar panel and no after-sales solution quality-price ratio questioned!!!!

Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.

The alarm's ringing is not loud enough outside and does not reach far enough.

In the last test, the alarm forwarding to the external siren was no longer working. As soon as control is possible, I will check and keep you updated.

Unfortunately, the equipment was not reliable with the alarm triggering several times without intrusion

the flashing alarm, I had to disconnect it, it rang in the middle of the night for no reason and I couldn't stop it.
Otherwise, the rest works well.

Slow handling of the material for a rushed person

I would have given more stars if the circlips on the bottom of the post had been fitted correctly, it took a couple of minutes to work out why the pins were flopping about

Somewhat pricey for what it is. Resisted paying £5 for a cctv sticker as that is just extortionate.

Ordering was straightforward, the delivery was prompt and, so far, the long range bell is working fine. But the instructions were woeful and the description of the receiver unit on the web-site was rather sketchy, so it is less capable than I had assumed. Subsequent email service to provide instructions was good but they should have been come with the product.

Too expensive for a small item especially the postage.

Disappointed in wireless (800) driveway gate alert. Receiver, is made in China, feels cheap and flimsy. Set up was hit and miss with poor instructions. Can't be set to operate for more than 60 secs. which for my purposes is insufficient. Ultra Secure seemed like a good supplier compared the competition as they offer a comprehensive range although their prices are not cheap but they do respond to telephone calls. I made an expensive mistake with the package I ordered.

The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.

I bought the KP MON with 4 temp/hum probes. This material is 100% Chinese but seems reliable. I made technical remarks, but customer service doesn't seem to know the material too well. What a pity not to provide dedicated software! It makes things easier rather than programming by SMS. Also, by SMS you can't access everything. (example: exporting recorded data in CSV) gilles

I bought 2 GSMs. 1 for the boat no problem 1 for the house and alarm -30% low batteries all tests have been done with customer service and still the same. What do we do now because the alarm is still on? It might be wise to make an exchange to validate the defect of the GSM.

Pros: Good value for money, fast shipping. Cons: Incomplete package, but efficient customer service, error fixed after a phone call. Missing accessory received within 8 days. Improve package verification before shipping.

I have used this company before for some alarm equipment, response is good. However I recently ordered some sensors (PIR's) for the alarm. I received them and notice how annoying they are to put together as regards mounting to a wall. Rather than just clipping to a mini wall stand, you now have to open up the PIR, then annoyingly you have to remove the entire printed circuit board (PCB) to be able to drill a hole, to put a screw to mount it to the wall mount they supply ! You then have to carefully re-fit the PCB. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least.
This is a very POOR DESIGN that they should not sell - all you need is a basic 'clip-in' stand that should already be mounted. A customer who pays nearly £20 for one PIR should not be expected to do this work! They -USD- should do it or buy a decent design in the first instance. All you need to do is make a simple error and the PCB could break when you remove / put it back, and of course they will say its 'your fault'.
Not impressed and I purchased 5 of these PIR's that will take ages to install because of its very poor design.
