Having been a customer for many years, my recent contact was to buy a replacement part for my existing security system. Knowing exactly what I wanted made it a simple click and buy transaction. The goods arrived promptly and well packed,

The site is perfect: choice, order, delivery, and technical information. Just a downside on the ordered items in terms of adaptability in our vehicle (as advised in the description).

Excellent service from this company. The products we ordered - security hoops are perfect for our needs and very good quality. Customer service was also excellent. They contacted me as realised I had not ordered the correct number of fixings for tarmac so I was able to amend the order before despatch. The products were delivered on time ! Would highly recommend this company.

Fast delivery, excellent communication and customer service before purchase and after. We are not tech savvy, struggled to pair pirs, we received phone call from a very patient and knowledgeable Peter, who talked us through every step of the way. I have already recommended to family. I am happy with my purchase and now feel a little more secure.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 02/03/2020

Thank you for the nice review, we are pleased Peter could be of help to you
