Arrived on time and was bigger and heavier than I expected so well pleased

Delivery was very prompt. Save for the fact necessary batteries were missing (those batteries sent the following day after I informed Ultra Secure of same) the product was easy to programme and install and so far is working well. Though I DO NOT accept General Terms and Conditions of Verified Reviews - whatever and whoever they are.

Product was exactly what we needed and as described. It was good value and arrived promptly. Great service.

Excellent company to deal with

Delivery is excellent, despite concerns about returns the company refunded my original costs excluding return postage and the only problem I had was with the quality of the goods. Some parts of a system did not work, others were poorly described and did not function as described and external units were of such poor manufacture that they would not have survived in the environment for which they were destined. Sad that what is a good company is dealing in such poor quality merchandise.

The tracker I bought is excellent and fulfils all of the functions I could wish for. My only criticism would be towards the sensitivity of the fall alarm. There are 6 levels and even at the least sensitive it will often activate the alarm at what can be a brush or moderately heavy steps.

Excellent product, very sturdy and secure. Purchased 2 other posts from elsewhere and returned them as they were quite thin and flimsy. These are by far a superior product. Will be purchasing another for my next door neighbour.

Good service delivered as stated great value for your money

I found the site following a google search and was impressed with the variety of security posts available. Prices were competitive and there was sufficient information available to help me make my choice. there was also links to You tube videos. Delivery was excellent and followed up with a phone call from a member of staff. I also called the technical help line for advise which was very good.

So far so good, a quality item was purchased at a reasonable price. Dispatch was quick and item was well packaged and arrived as promised. I haven't installed it yet as I need to get a SIM card, but on test it is looking like just what I needed to keep my valuables safe in the garage.

Fantastic product & great service. I bought a DA-600 Wireless Door Contact Chime and it was exactly as advertised: very easy installation and functions perfectly. The chime arrived quickly and I was kept updated on the delivery process throughout. Very happy and I would highly recommend.

Navigation around the site was quite logical and of course you could use the find function easily probably giving a quicker result. Once I had decided on my requirements, ordering them was straightforward and easy. Delivery was exactly as advised and was within 24 hours. Obviously that depends on when within the week you order but I ordered Monday and received goods on Tuesday.
I did contact them by 'phone to enquire whether stock was available and a second time to check on one of the bollards - it was marked quite deeply. There was no hesitation, they came to my residence to swap for a new one. Communication was always easy, they were quick to respond and made sure that I was entirely satisfied.
A very positive experience and I am very happy to recommend them.
