Ultra Secure consistently delivers promptly and reliably, with fast shipping and on-time or early delivery across multiple mentions. The product quality and ease of installation are highlighted by clear instructions, straightforward setup, and well-functioning devices such as intercoms and alarms that work effectively right away. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness, politeness, and helpful problem resolution, including prompt follow-ups and attentive assistance when issues arise. Teams are described as professional and knowledgeable, providing accurate advice and ensuring orders meet stated needs and specifications.
The device works correctly and delivery without problems.
Only concern:
Phone call to customer service to get the exact external dimensions of the black casing of the device (the largest part fixed to the wall): despite the good will of the interlocutor, the numbers given are wrong, and the installation was very difficult! The available space being limited.

Not very responsive to emails. I wanted to be sure that my camera and alarm could work with the Belgian network.. It works very well, I am happy with my purchase.

Material received quickly, perfect packaging. No issues with the flow. Top.
Functionality of the ringtone OK, however, voice exchange between the street station and receiver is weak even though the distance is 250m for an announced range of 600m.

Good but assembly instructions incomplete. Should silicone be applied to the back of the protective cover before applying it to the wall?

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Thank you for your comments, which always help us improve our service. I confirm that for all outdoor installations, it is strongly recommended to apply silicone or protective gel to add an extra layer of security against the elements in the coming years. I remain at your disposal if necessary. Best regards, Christopher Ultra Secure France (securitemarche.fr)

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for that. If the material does not work, then it has a 2-year warranty and the exchange will be covered. However, we test the material before shipping, and you had our service on December 22 and did not indicate any signs of malfunction, so I remain a bit confused. If necessary, I invite you to call our technicians so they can help you resolve the issue encountered. Best regards, Christopher Ultra Secure France (securitemarche.fr)

The product works well with a few details. It triggers with the passage of pigeons and at the moment when the sun is lower when it reappears brighter after the passage of a cloud! What to do to remedy this? Is there a solution? adjustment ...

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Dear Sirs
We are sorry you had issues with the Post you purchased, our records show that when a call was made it was quickly established after a brief discussion that we had accidentally missed fitting the Shear Nut on the Hinge which made it vulnerable, it was agreed that we would send one to you that day which was done, it was during during Christmas therefore delivery may have been slightly delayed. We are not sure what the problem with the padlock is as we have sold thousands of these with many types of Posts, if it is faulty we can send you a replacement or different type if requested. We apologize for missing the shear nut and let us know if you want a replacement lock.
Best Regards
Mark

I liked the product. It was programmed for me in advance but for different zone - I bought sensor for leakage and the sensor was programmed for Entrance zone. The programming manual is quite confusing - generally programming is not user friendly enough. The SIM card compartment is proper only for old dimensions of SIM card and this created a problem for me to find out an old mobile phone in order to register the new bought SIM card. Anyhow, product worked perfectly during the tests, so I hope I can rely on it for the purpose it has been bought.

I ordered the Power Failure alarm (for my fridge freezer) after buying a cheap Chinese made one for £15 where it failed after 3 months and was poorly built.
Early days for this one through UltraSecure, but for the expensive price for what is a simple piece of electronics, It had better last a life time (with occasional battery replacements.
I am so surprised this seems to be a niche market with very few other options out there, even with ScrewFix and alike. Perhaps that will change and the price will come down . . . or UltraSecrure supply to ScrewFix or similar.
Am now a lot more at ease I have this alarm installed now.
