The product arrived very quickly and extremely well packed.
I was originally told that I couldn't add to our security system as the product I wanted was no longer made. However I found a second hand part which was just what I wanted, when browsing the website.
It was unfortunate that the member of staff to whom I spoke was not aware of this.
To be fair, they do not usually have second hand items.

Overall a really good experience using UltraSecure. Their UltraPIR is a great asset to run alongside our CCTV systems and gives a great secondary warning when on patrols.

Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Despite the tests carried out before shipment, it is possible that a product is defective (it remains electronics) but of course under warranty and therefore the item will be replaced if necessary.
However, I assure you, it is much more often a simple installation problem that can potentially be resolved directly by phone.
I cannot find any exchange with our services to solve the problem (neither email nor call), have you tried to contact us? Obviously, without that, we cannot help you. My technician colleagues can assist you at 09 72 30 88 88 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (non-premium rate number) at your convenience, do not hesitate!
