Good advice given. Despatch and receipt o.k. NO TRACKING available at time of order. One item 'rattled' on receipt - Quality Control?

The only reason I cannot give five stars is that I've only used the camera once. It works very well. Delivered on time and without hitch. Time will probably add the other star

Not fitted yet therefore a score of four but seems to be a very well made and suitable for the job and the massive spring in the middle should stop it from being knocked out of the ground.

Considering the product ordered: very good choice. Reliable delivery. Regarding the product: conforms to the description and satisfactory. Manual a bit brief and technical for a non-technical user.

The product was nowhere near the level that was suggested. They are labelled as rapid deployment cameras as used by the police and councils - when they turned up they were useless, poor shoddy pieces of equipment and overpriced by several hundred pounds. All a lie, be very careful if you buy from here, nothing is as it says.
Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Dear Sir
I am sorry you have not got on with this Camera, these Battery Powered Cameras are used by many Councils and Police Forces, and images from these Cameras have successfully gone to Court from at least one Council that we know about. The Camera has many settings to experiment with to suit different applications, I am not sure what you couldn't get to work. We have had many customers over the years returning to purchase additional Cameras and we have been selling them for many years now. We have purchased scores of similar and cheaper models to test over the last few years only to experience problems with MMS settings on nearly all of them. Did you contact our technical staff to discuss what is not working for you, they are available by email or telephone.

Good overall, there were some issues during shipping (package too heavy for the pickup point) and also damaged keys upon receipt but I still give 4 stars for the quality and the very good responsiveness of customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend this site.
