Items all arrived quickly. The wireless alarm system appears to operate okay but the wireless keypad and the key fob do not always operate first time and require numerous attempts to either arm or disarm the system. I knew beforehand that this may occur.

Brochure sent, differed from the web site in in price and availability, I had a technical question on product which they gave a 50/50 answer too eg if this doesn't work try this!!.
Do the research first before purchase as buying individually to your needs may exceed a bundle offer, but happy with purchase, would buy from them again.

Thank you for the purchase, with regards to the Brochure, unfortunately these were printed before all the uncertainty in the economy following Brexit, and our cost of goods with their delivery costs are changing all of the time at the moment, we are however due to print a new batch of brochures soon.

Good service and delivery. Security post ordered was actually over packaged - a box within a box and then bubblewrap-all for a steel post! Crazy. However, the post is good. Only thing is the bolts supplied are very short and although they are into concrete - it would be more secure with longer bolts as I believe this post could easily be knocked over.

This is very surprising because this alarm does sound very loud. I wonder if yours has a design problem then?
If not and it is just a simple volume issue, please know that you can, at a low cost, add additional sirens to your kit. The whole will work with the same remote control.

I will ask a technician to call you back to make the necessary checks.

Personally remaining at your disposal if needed.
