IF the people are good advisors and serious, the product is not up to par. The detector triggers at the slightest wind when it is supposed not to react to moving vegetation. Now it works when it wants even though the batteries have been checked. Disappointing purchase

Have you tried to contact us? I cannot find any record of a call from the number that was on the order.
Please know that these products are very reliable, we sell a significant quantity throughout the year and customers are satisfied (see reviews in general). But it is important to install the product correctly, which is why our service is here to guide you through the process.

Another important piece of information: it is not our policy to leave a customer with a product they cannot use. We have a sufficiently wide range to offer you something more suitable if the one you ordered does not fit (this can happen). And in the extreme case, we prefer to refund you.
The ultimate goal is to satisfy 100% of customers.

The best thing is to call our workshop so they can understand and give you installation advice.
We are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm non-stop at 09 72 30 88 88 (non-premium number).

Please excuse us if the time seemed long to you, we did respect the deadlines: ordered Friday afternoon, shipped Monday (we are closed on weekends), delivery to the relay point on Wednesday (48h delay for Bouches-du-Rhône).
What surprises me about the mentioned urgency is that the package was only picked up the day after tomorrow?

You have to be careful about many things: 1/ just because the product looks visually similar doesn't mean it's the same, you would be surprised by the differences, with us you know what you are buying, no risk 2/ if you buy on eBay or elsewhere, do you really know who you are buying from, and in which country? How do returns work? Refunds? Warranty? 3/ we are a French company, with taxes, VAT, charges, yes we have to make a margin, otherwise you wouldn't have competent staff behind capable of answering your questions (which you have done several times after your purchase), and this without additional costs (again, how does after-sales service work with these other companies?) We make it a point to serve all our customers until their total satisfaction, this is something important for us in our daily work.
